At Red Sands Property Management, we’re passionate about fostering a sense of connection and positivity among our residents. That’s why we’ve created an ongoing initiative to celebrate the acts of kindness that make our community so special.
We invite you to share your good deed stories—whether it’s helping a neighbour, volunteering your time, or simply brightening someone’s day. By sharing your story, you’ll have the chance to win a $250 gift card!

How it Works
Eligibility
This contest is open to any resident of a Red Sands managed unit. To be eligible, the winner must agree to have their photo taken and their story shared on our media platforms.
Share Your Story
In the submission form, please share a moment of kindness you experienced, witnessed, or recieved. The more details, the better.

We draw a winner each month from the submitted forms. If your submission didn't get picked this time, don't worry - kindness doesn't expire. We'll role over your submission to the next one ;)
Sharing your story not only gives you a chance to win but also helps inspire others to spread kindness and build a stronger community.
Need some inspiration? Here are a few examples:
• Helping a neighbour carry groceries or move furniture
• Shovelling snow or mowing the lawn for someone in need
• Volunteering at a local shelter or food bank
• Donating items to charity or organizing a donation drive
• Offering a kind word or listening to someone having a tough day
• Sharing a meal or baking treats for a neighbour
• Watching a neighbour’s pet or house while they’re away
• Organizing or participating in a neighbourhood clean-up
• Checking in on an elderly or isolated neighbour
• Running errands for someone who is unwell or unable to leave their home
• Hosting a neighbourhood gathering to build community
• Passing a big test or scoring the game-winning goal for your team
