Our team has a full-time maintenance staff available to respond anywhere in the province, and established relationships with dozens of respected island contractors. When it comes to financial reporting, our team has got you fully covered with automated and accessible online portals that includes monthly & annual earnings reports and expense tracking.
We’ll always provide guests with a personalized touch, with the goal of making your property a top-rated accommodation. When a guest arrives at your property, they will be greeted with a welcome gift from Red Sands and a tourism information bundle.

Pricing model:
Your property manager will provide a market assessment to help you develop a comprehensive pricing strategy throughout the season. We base our price recommendations by looking at demand & availability, size & condition of the property, proximity to island hotspots, and amenities at the property.
